هو جديد وبرنامج ممتاز ولكن احياناً لا يؤمن بث للكامره يحتاج حذف وتنصيب او اعادة كتابة الادمن والباسوورد من جديد وهذا الشيء لم يعجبني

Estoy muy contento con esta aplicación porque puedo ver en cualquier dispositivo y es muy fácil de ver una grabación es mucho mejor que la nueva versión dmss…iDMSSplus is the best 👍

Hi, since last 4-5 days my iDMSS Plus is not working. FYI: my DVR is connected to internet & it’s working properly through other software. What to do now, plz advise.

Smooth and work better than the new version on iPhone and iPad until it’s no longer allow account access. New version just take forever to load.

The application has stopped working today I do not have access to the cameras it simply does not enter the app

Does not work for iPad

Site updated last night now it keeps saying log-in timeout and update to the newest version. When you try to update it says “cannot connect to App Store “

I’m being very generous with One Star. It’s crap.

I have 3 versions of this dahua app on2 versions of iPads, and all get stuck after entering serial number. useless if you can't get it set up!!

Hard to scroll through recorded video since it start from beginning of the recording no matter how many times I skipped through the video the times I was able to get through the frustrating system of this is through patience and luck.when the main use of this is being able to view recording in phone conveniently the problem about not being able to start watching or customize the video playing makes the whole purpose of app lost. And year have gone without fixing this bug too pls fix

Can’t rewind, choose a time, maintain position on video without it sliding back to latest time, just a mess. Need to speak to someone about making the app work properly.

Use in our vacation home. Live view works as long as there is internet connection. Playback used to work but a pain having to watch hours of recordings hoping that we didn’t miss what we were looking for. Now recording and playback aren’t working at all. It won’t allow me to set start or end time to review video or says there is no recording. Useless for security. This app is far from user friendly and I can’t wait to replace it!

Always crashes App is not even close to what it claims!!

Doesn’t find cameras, crashes, no QR code to scan. Once you login to camera on the same device in the browser then you are allowed to get a QR code which then you have to have another device to capture to scan it in the app. Then the scan doesn’t actually work, saying no serial number. Yet it has a serial number and IP. Amazing how terribly useless this is.

Worst camera system ever. Constantly disconnects/won’t load. Exceptionally confusing and hard to use!

Completely useless now. App crashes right after opening.

This app has a problem to choose Start time for playback videos ! There is no option to choose any start time and its not fixed!! Start time is big problem you are not able to adjust any Start time because app its not working properly!!! Start time has to be fixed so we can can choose any start time, if we want to playback videos

If I could give zero stars, I would. This app is not user friendly at ALL. I can’t even playback which is very important to me. Useless. They need major updates on this app. Especially with the layout they have. It makes zero sense.

Sometimes I could view live cameras, then it would be down for days and randomly begin working again. Now after 3 weeks it is still not not connecting.

Sometimes the app locks your camera so you can’t live view it, it’s the dumbest logic ever for a live camera company

Since app update playback not working. I was able to use old app for it, but as of yesterday it’s not working either. No way to connect customer service.

Why did you remember the dial clock for selecting a narrow time footage? Now you have to scroll throw too much footage to find a specific recording. Smh 🤦‍♂️

It’s so hard to play back. My play back stopped working after the recent update. I can’t control the time input of play back. So frustrating

They are garbage 😡😡😡😡😡so disappointed sometime they don’t come on on the phone😡😡😡

Not good UI. Hard to do playbacks and Reverse and Fast Forward not very functional. Not a fan. Also no download for PC? Have to be a tech genius to do the workaround. Not recommended.

Seriously- how can you have a security app in which you cannot look select what time to look at video from??? Please fix this— the app is currently non functional!
