This app is like the other tons of dvr apps, no support , no updates , no iPhone 5 support , crashes extremely often . and i paid for it !!! even one star is too much !

Connection speed is still very slow in iPhone 6. Takes almost 15 secs before image is brought up. Also push notification is very delayed. By the time push notification shows up and image is brought up, person has already left. Please find fixes. Otherwise great product. Thanks.

I cannot open cameras anymore if Im not hooked into. WiFi. Plse fix as soon as possible Telus is my carrier --recap will not open with regular 3G or. Lite --only when in wifi. Rogers & bell work BUT TELUS does not. My Telus support saying that IDMSS IS NOT ALLOWING THE PORTS. Plse rectify.

The last update released messed up the ptz preset function. You can no longer see the number for you camera preset in ptz mode.

doesnt not work on iPhone 6 Plus!

Just bought the new iPhone 6 Plus and... It does not work right on my new iPhone :-((( what is wrong with the picture ? It is not optimized for the new iPhone 6 Plus !!! Ugly picture! Please repair it ! Do something! It works fine on my iPad Air.

After last update, push function stopped...

After the latest update no longer work outputs alarm, sent emails with signaling problem but not received any response. Please Provide seen that before was fine.

Remote view is broken!!! It used to work perfectly and now cameras just say "No Record". Im ditching my Dahua and moving to Hikvision, tired of this crap! I suggest anyone reading this to do the same. I cant rely on Dahua to release an update that doesnt break something!

Ok software when it works. Needs a manual of instructions, hard to figure out. Im having issues now where it crashes on startup.

Worked great until ios7. Crashes everytime upon opening. Support for this app is non existent. Not good for a app that costs 4.99 Please make support options that are easily accessible.

Can I add my company logo to this app?

This app is garbage. I setup my device in the device manager and everything works fine. Then randomly the device removes itself from the device manager and I have to add again. This process repeats its self over and over. Please fix.

This new version is a great improvement and this full version lets you view recorded video and get motion alerts. It would be nice to be able to view video at a higher speed.

Great iOS 7 update! Push notifications are working again! Been waiting to get full control and playback functionality for my q-see system from Costco (Rebranded Dahua). Works great. Thanks!

Yea ... Now supports presets between 126 - 256 ... keeps getting better ... month by month ... now would like to see some more consistency in event playback
